COVID-19 has disproportionately impacted communities of color, tribal nations, immigrants, and people with low-incomes—just like climate change, dirty energy projects, and pollution. As we look to rebuild our economy, it’s crucial that we, as people most impacted by climate change, are the ones leading the conversations. That’s why the Oregon Just Transition Alliance is launching the Oregon Green New Deal Listening Tour, asking communities across the state to help shape our collective futures.
Now more than ever, we must present our visions, ideas, and policies to build an economy that values workers, communities, and natural spaces.
