- Jamie McLeod-Skinner is an attorney, small business owner, and planner, who spent six months working on intensive wildfire recovery in Talent OR.
- Phil Chang is a Deschutes County Commissioner who works collaboratively to restore forests and habitats.
The panel will be moderated by Terrie Martin, a journalist, founding member of Indivisible ORD2, and part of the COIN Leadership Team, whose family business was lost in the Almeda Fire.
